Smudging is a sacred ceremony that involves burning sacred herbs or resins to purify the body, mind, and spirit: Smudging is used for spiritual, medicinal, and practical purposes. It's believed to dispel negative energies, thoughts, and emotions, and promote balance and harmony.

The directions
This candle does act as a moisturizer. Light candle and allow it to burn for 15 minutes or until a pool of warm melted oil forms. Extinguish candle then dip fingers into the melted soy wax and massage onto hands, feet, and body for a deep penetrating treatment. Do NOT touch the flame
